Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what we need to run your account and your creations, we keep your work private by default, and we do not sell personal data. The longer version follows, in plain English.

What we collect

Your account details (email address and a hashed password — we never store it in readable form), the media you upload, the descriptions and jobs you run, the pictures and clips created for you, and payment records held by our payment processors.

Your pictures and clips

Uploads and results are private to your account by default. Something becomes public only where you publish it yourself, such as to the gallery, and you can un-publish it whenever you like. The team only looks at private media to run the service, to help with support you asked for, or to carry out moderation duties.

Payments

Cards are handled by third-party payment providers. We receive order confirmations and payment records — never your full card number.

Keeping and deleting data

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data — including your account, uploads and generated media — by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account. We answer deletion requests within 30 days.

Grown-ups only

This is an adults-only studio. Accounts and content are restricted to people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher.
